Launched Taj Hotel, a 296 key rooms 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Downtown, Burj Khalifa Street, Dubai.
Partnered with Billionaire Lifestyle S.A.R.L. to open and operate Billionaire Mansion Club.
Established Ishvan Pharmaceuticals to include the pharmaceutical industry as part of expansion of investment portfolio.
Invested in a new F&B concept for Taj Hotel and created, launched and manages the successful "Miss Tess" Restaurant.
Incorporated Downtown Venture Investments Limited in DIFC which will eventually serve as a Proprietary Investment Company and invest & promote its Hospitality, F&B and Pharma verticals.
Established Neat Foods Holding Limited in DIFC, to serve as an investment, brand and concept management company. The Company aims to develop new concepts, own and manage restaurants & clubs and partner with internationally renowned brands to launch their concepts.
