Taj Hotel Downtown Dubai

The Group acquired a freehold interest in a hotel located in the prime Burj Khalifa Area of Dubai from Dubai Properties in 2013.  The company spearheaded and managed the construction of the 296 room, contemporary style hotel.  It was launched in 2015 as a flag ship hotel for the Taj Group in the UAE.  Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces  is one of Asia's largest and finest hotel company, currently operating 93 hotels in 16 countries across the globe. 

 Billionaire Mansion is the Company's first investment in a Joint Venture partnership.  The Night Club, Restaurant & Lounge was launched in 2016 as a one-stop-destination, and the first of its kind in Dubai. Located in the Taj Hotel in Business Bay, this venue offers a unique dining concept with authentic Italian cuisine partnered with contemporary Japanese dishes by the award-winning restaurant Sumosan. 

 Miss Tess is a concept restaurant owned by Downtown Investment and is currently managed by Infini Concept. With an objective to include an East Asian offering to the existing hotel's F&B line up, Downtown Investment worked with Infini Concept in 2016 to create a brand identity, concept, and menu development for "Miss Tess", which was later launched as an Asian Street Food Restaurant located in Taj Hotel in Downtown Dubai.   

With the company's plan for expansion, it has established Downtown Venture Investments Limited (DVIL) in the Dubai International Finanncial Centre (DIFC).  The company's aim is to make DVIL the Group's Proprietary Investment Company which would invest & promote its Hospitality, F&B, and Pharma verticals. 

 Neat Foods Holding Limited is one of the companies held by Downtown Venture Investments Limited.  it was established  to develop new concepts, owns, and manages restaurants & clubs, bring in internationally recognized brands within the United Arab Emirates, India, United Kingdom, and to eventually expand to other parts of the world. 

Another company held by DVIL, Ishvan Pharma was established as an integrated pharmaceutical company that focusses on the development, manufacturing and supply of a wide spectrum of affordable and innovative medical drugs, diagnostics, and medical devices to major emerging pharmaceutical markets.
